SuDS-compliant drainage
Front-garden surfaces over 5m² must be permeable or drain to a soakaway to avoid planning permission. Every driveway we design meets the rule from the first sketch — try the checker on the driveways page.

Off-premises contracts carry the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and every service is delivered with the reasonable care and skill the Consumer Rights Act 2015 demands. It's written into our paperwork, not implied.

No. Rather than a large upfront deposit, we break the work into funded phases — you pay for each phase as it's agreed and started, so you're never far out of pocket ahead of the work. Materials are only ordered once a phase is confirmed.
Life happens. If you pause between phases, we leave the site safe, clean and presentable — surfaces made good, no hazardous half-built mess — and pick up again when you're ready. You're never left living on a building site.
Our own teams, run by a project lead you can phone. They turn up uniformed and tidy, keep the site clean, and manage construction-phase health and safety under CDM 2015 on every job. Workmanship carries a 5-year guarantee.
